Hi! I'm Brooke Taylor.

As a professional fitness trainer, you’d think that I would be prepared for the changes that start to happen as you enter perimenopause. Turns out there was still so much I needed to learn – even with over 20 years of industry experience and 108 fitness certifications & continuing education courses under my belt.

Well, it turns out I’m not getting any younger, so over the last 18 months I have made it my mission to learn everything I can about the changes that happen to our bodies as we enter our 40’s & beyond – and what we can do to feel our best during this transition.
